When you get a lower all-inclusive price, which includes taxes and fees for the same flight itineraryoffered and available for booking on any OTA Competitor within 24 hours of booking with us, we will match that price by offering you the price difference. We will cancel your booking and issue a complete refund if you ask us to.

What Does “Same Itinerary” Mean?
Every element must match exactly for a claim to get approved:
- Airline(s) and flight number(s)
- Itinerary (origin, destination, and connections)
- Travel schedule and times
- Number of passengers
- Class of service/seat type
What Does “Offered and Available for Booking” Mean?
The lower-priced itinerary must:
- Be live on a Major OTA Competitor’s website at the time you contact us
- Be available to book immediately by the general public
- Be verifiable in real time by our customer care team
How to Make a Price Match Claim
To claim a Price Match, you must:
- Email support@farehutz.us or call within 24 hours of booking.
- Provide your Farehutz.us booking reference number.
- Submit full details of the lower fare, including:
- Airline name(s) and flight number(s)
- Full itinerary, dates, times, number of passengers, and seat type
- A direct URL and/or screenshot clearly showing the competing fare
- Make sure our customer care team can verify the fare based on the information provided.
We hold the right to deny claims if:
- The fare cannot be verified
- Incomplete or inaccurate details are provided
- The competing itinerary is not available during the verification process
Once verified, you may choose to:
- Keep your booking and receive a refund of the price difference, or
- Cancel your booking for a full refund
Exceptions
The PMP is not available for:
- Negotiated fares, corporate rates, or membership program fares
- Group, charter, reward program, incentive, meeting, convention, or consolidator fares
- The fares that are sold through coupon codes, special promotions, or by sale through a private client
- Military fares, student fares, government fares, bulk fares, vacation package fares, or Web Only fares
- Opaque tickets, in which details of the airline are not disclosed until after the purchase has been made
- Bidding/auction site tickets
- Pricing errors or obvious mistakes
- Mispricing or some mistakes
- Any Low cost Carriers
