This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Farehutz.us (operated by TGS Ventures Private Limited) processes cancellations along with changes and refund requests for travel services booked through our website, mobile platforms, or customer support team.
You agree to the following terms in addition to the terms and conditions of the applicable airline along with hotel, tour operator or other travel service provider (collectively, “Travel Service Providers”) by confirming a booking with Farehutz.us.
Farehutz.us acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Travel Service Provider. While we facilitate the booking process, all cancellation and refund decisions are ultimately governed by the policies of the Travel Service Provider(s) associated with your booking.
We do not control and are not responsible for the timelines or decisions of Travel Service Providers Regarding the Refund process, this might take up to 3 billing cycles depending upon the service provider to reflect in your bank statement.
In addition to fees charged by Travel Service Providers, Farehutz.us may apply a non-refundable service fee for processing cancellations, changes, or refund requests. This fee covers administrative handling and is separate from provider-imposed charges.

Farehutz.us will update you on the status of your refund upon receiving confirmation from the provider. We cannot expedite refunds beyond the provider’s processing capacity.
If your flight, hotel, or service is cancelled by the Travel Service Provider, your refund or alternative travel options will be determined according to that provider’s policies. In such cases, Farehutz.us will assist you in submitting any necessary claims but is not responsible for the provider’s decision.
Failure to check in or appear for a booked flight will result in the loss of the full booking amount. No refunds will be issued for no-shows for all the Travel Service Provider’s.
